Risk disclosure

Last updated: August 2026

1. No guaranteed returns

Nothing on this platform guarantees profit. No trader, strategy, statistic or feature eliminates risk. Any statement suggesting guaranteed or risk-free returns should be treated as false.

2. Leverage

Leverage allows you to control a position larger than the margin you commit. It magnifies gains and losses equally and can lead to liquidation of your position and loss of the entire allocated margin.

3. Past performance

Past performance is not indicative of future results. Statistics shown on trader profiles are historical. A strong historical record does not reduce future risk.

4. Copy trading risk

When you copy a trader, their decisions — including their losses — are mirrored into your account. Delays between a trader’s execution and your mirrored execution can result in materially different fill prices. Risk limits you configure reduce but do not remove exposure.

5. Market and liquidity risk

Crypto markets can move rapidly and experience thin liquidity, funding cost swings, exchange outages and forced liquidations. Stop-loss orders do not guarantee an exit at the specified price.

6. Technology and operational risk

Connectivity failures, exchange API errors, rate limits and maintenance windows can prevent order placement or closure. The platform never reports a fill that the exchange did not confirm.

7. Not advice

TradeSphere is a technology provider. Nothing published on this platform — including trader statistics, community posts and performance rankings — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to trade on your behalf.

8. Simulated data

Where this installation runs in demo mode, or where a profile is flagged as simulated data, all figures are illustrative only and are not the result of real trading.
