Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the TradeSphere platform (“the Service”). By creating an account you accept them in full. The Service is a technology provider: it does not execute trades on your behalf, does not hold client funds in a pooled account, and does not provide investment advice.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor device and recovery codes secure, and for all activity occurring under your account. Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. Accounts may be suspended where security, legal or regulatory reasons require it.

3. Exchange connections

Connecting an exchange account requires API credentials that you generate. Credentials are encrypted at rest and are never displayed again after saving. You should restrict permissions to trading only and never grant withdrawal rights. You may revoke access at any time by deleting the connection or invalidating the key at your exchange.

4. Copy trading and risk

Copy trading mirrors another trader’s positions into your account, sized by the limits you configure. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. You may lose the entire amount allocated to copying. Nothing on the Service constitutes a recommendation, and past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Fees

Platform fees, performance fees and exchange fees are displayed within the Service before you commit to a trade or subscription. Fees may be changed with advance notice published on this site.

6. Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits are credited once the configured number of network confirmations has been reached. Withdrawals are subject to review, limits and identity verification where required. The Service may delay or decline a withdrawal where required by law, security policy or a pending investigation.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service for money laundering, market manipulation, unauthorised access, scraping, reselling access, or publishing misleading performance claims. Breach may result in immediate suspension and reporting to competent authorities.

8. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable depending on the configured provider.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The operator is not liable for trading losses, indirect or consequential damages, or losses arising from third-party exchange outages.

10. Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
